Thank you all for a great Round 1 of both the Open and #9.5 Divisions! Please know that this is a very strictly scheduled and live televised event. We must adhere to the schedule, and the rules that have been put in place by las Vegas Events for the event to run smoothly and on-time. Please read the following carefully so that our event continues to run as flawlessly as possible!
WARM UP – Open Contestants will have approximately 10 minutes to warm up as soon as the Steer Wrestlers have exited the building. Please no #9.5 Contestants in the arena until after the Open. #9.5 Contestants will be given 10 minutes to warm up prior to the start of the #9.5 Division.
LINE UP – When warm up is done, please wait in the arena at the holding area gate until your name is called. The first 10 teams to rope will be sent up the alley way in order, and then the rest can proceed to the holding area at the back end of the arena. Contestants should not be at the roping end of the arena unless instructed to do so! Please do not proceed up the alley way until called upon! This is extremely important, as we are very limited on space and time, and in order for the event to run on time you must be in the alley way in the correct order.
TEAM ORDER – Round 2 will start with Team 10, Round 3 with Team 20, and Round 4 with Team 30. Round 5 will run based on the Average Standings with the highest money earners roping last.

AWARDS/CHECKS – Rounds 1 & 2 Awards will be presented at the back end of the arena next to Saddlebook at the end of Round 2. Checks for Round 1 will be available for pick-up tomorrow. Round 2 Checks will be available the following day, and so on. You must bring your completed W-9 to pick-up your check.
PARKING – No single vehicle parking in Orange Lot. Family members must park in the front of Central Hall. Only vehicles with trailers will be allowed to park, all others will be towed.
HELPERS – Helper Wristbands are for parents or helpers needing to push steers or help in the boxes only.
